This acid-based cleaner dissolves rust, lime, minerals and scale on hard surfaces such as machinery parts, water meters and cement trucks. It cleans radiators, boilers, cooling systems and metal surfaces, restores the natural color to brick or stone that is discolored from wear or weathering, and dissolves carbonates for quick removal of mortar, plaster, cement and concrete.

This fast-acting, odorless liquid drain and sewer opener is convenient to handle and ready-to-use. It opens drains and sewers by dissolving and liquefying fats and oils, lint, hair, paper, food, and other organic matter. Because it is heavier than water, it sinks below the water level to the point of obstruction and immediately starts to penetrate and dissolve the blockage.

This product is a true breakthrough concentrated cleaner. With a pH of less than 1, this multipurpose cleaner generates the high cleaning power of an acid, yet it is safer and mild to skin like liquid dish soap.
Cleans stains and rust from concrete buildings and walks; removes cement from construction equipment, trucks, pouring forms, structural steel and tools; dissolves hard water build-up, lime, scale and corrosion in boilers, air conditioners and refrigeration units, condensers and circulating systems. A proprietary inhibitor package prevents damage to metals, and detergents and wetting agents enhance cleaning actions. It is nonflammable and biodegradable.

Bio-Action® contains a special blend of aerobic and anaerobic bacteria strains, chosen for their ability to digest and liquefy organic waste quickly, efficiently and without odors. It removes clogs from pipe walls and prevents further deposits from building up. With a thick consistency, it sinks through backed-up water and travels directly to blockages. Bacteria and enzymes eat away at organic waste matter to loosen it from traps and pipe walls. This product digests food waste, animal and vegetable fat, oils, undissolved soap residue, and even cellulose (paper). Applying this product on a regular basis colonizes drains with bacteria, inhibiting organic waste from further collecting in pipes. This product replaces bleach, disinfectants, and chemical drain openers.
